Refund policy
We gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise accompanied by a receipt free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Private Sale, monogrammed and customized products are final sale. A prepaid return label will be sent to your email once we process your return request.
How to return a merchandise?

2. Please submit a return request in your order by yourself.
3. We will approve the request and email shipping instructions and return labels to you.
4. After we send the return label to your email, please return the merchandise according to the Instructions.
Merchandise must meet our requirements for return:
Full-price and sale items in their original condition, with all tags attached, may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery
Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
Private sale, monogrammed and customized products are final sale
Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged
We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements
Exchanges are free within the U.S. If you need the new item(s) immediately, place a new order online, or contact Client Services. If you are exchanging for a higher-priced product, your original credit card will be used.
REFUND POLICY
You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, and you can expect your refund within 14 days — issued in the form of the original payment or a Gift Card. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited.
