Q: How do I pick the right size for me?

A: Though we do recommend taking a size up, it mostly depends on your fit preference. Please make sure to read our size chart and size recommendation. We also make specific recommendations depending on styles. If there is any concern, we are here to help! 

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: We strive to fulfill and ship every order as quickly as possible. Therefore, there is a limited amount of time in which an order can be changed or cancelled. We are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been submitted.

Q: Will I get noticed when my order is shipped?

A: You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and order details as soon as your order has shipped. Please keep this email for your records.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: At SVG, we are committed to having satisfied customers. In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with the product you purchased, simply return it within 30 days. If the item is still brand new, you will receive a refund back to the original form of payment.

Q: How do I return a merchandise?

A: 1. Please log in to your new customer account: https://shopify.com/5129961542/account
2. Please submit a return request in your order by yourself.
3. We will approve the request and email shipping instructions and return labels to you.
4. After we send the return label to your email, please return the merchandise according to the Instructions.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: We ship Monday through Friday with an exception of holidays. We normally ship out placed orders within 1-2 business days. An email will be sent once your order is shipped.
