We gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise accompanied by a receipt free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Private Sale, monogrammed and customized products are final sale. A prepaid return label will be sent to your email once we process your return request.
Merchandise must meet our requirements for return:
- Full-price and sale items in their original condition, with all tags attached, may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery
- Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Private sale, monogrammed and customized products are final sale
- Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements
Exchanges are free within the U.S. If you need the new item(s) immediately, place a new order online, or contact Client Services. If you are exchanging for a higher-priced product, your original credit card will be used.
You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, and you can expect your refund within 14 days — issued in the form of the original payment or a Gift Card. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited.
